Bears & Bulls, the Foxes second fuzz-filled record, carries the torch of a San Francisco better remembered for its psych-rock and summer of love vibes. Loose, intimate, and gritty, the design for the record plays on the tradition of introducing a young rock band to the world, warts & all.

The Psycho b/w Serious People single took inspiration from the growing number of eclectic newcomers huddling about their concerts. Asking a San Diego crowd to get creative with crayons and transparency paper, the colorful crowd-sourced scribbles helped reinforce the records musical themes.

Small Fires, the bands third record, is a collection of personal perspectives on life, love, touring, and the existential nature of it all. Together, with the women of Clean White Lines behind the lens, we set out to create a character-driven visual narrative that paralleled the bands unique, musical vision.
